THE WHAT? Symrise boss Dr Heinz-Jurgen Bertram has announced that he is handing over the role of CEO to Dr Jean-Yves Parisot at the end of the month. Parisot currently heads up the Taste, Nutrition & Health unit.
THE DETAILS Bertram is retiring ‘in the best mutual consent’ after 21 years at the company, 15 of them as CEO. Parisot joined in ingredients supplier in 2014 and will continue to oversee the Taste, Nutrition & Health unit on an interim basis until a successor for this role has been found.
