THE WHAT? L’Oreal Israel has announced a series of leadership changes. The French beauty giant’s Israeli arm has named Gali Lev as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, Anne Hirsch as Chief Transformation Officer and Ariela Yaari as VP Communications and Sustainability.
THE DETAILS According to a report published by the Jerusalem Post, both Lev and Hirsch are L’Oreal veterans, having worked for the French beauty giant for nine and 25 years respectively. Yaari boasts some 20 years of experience in FMCG, tach and pharma, including senior roles at Sanofi, Strauss Group and ECI Telecom.
THE WHY? Elie Sagiv, CEO of L’Oreal Israel, told the Jerusalem Post, “I welcome the appointment of Gali Lev, Anne Hirsch and Ariella Yaari as members of the L’Oreal Israel Country Management team and am confident in their ability to lead the marketing, digital, information systems, communications and sustainability fields, which are basic components of the company’s strategic core and are undergoing accelerated development. I believe that their experience and expertise, each in their respective areas of responsibility, will contribute greatly to strengthening our position as the leading beauty company in the country.”
